Nikoe was born in Tokyo Japan, grew up in London, Tokyo, and New York City.
Nikoe started her career in show biz as a model for cosmetic companies, such as Estee Lauder, MAC, and Avanti when she was a student at Columbia University in New York.
She studied acting at Uta Hagen's HB studio and Sandy Meisner's Neighborhood Playhouse, among others to prepare for her acting career, while she appeared in various TV commercials and music videos.
Being injured but survived in World Trade Center, on 9/11 terrorist attack, she realized her deep love for acting. She decided to leave New York City and move to Hollywood to pursue her acting career in full gear.
She has guest starred in several TV shows, including Manhunt (bravo), Sex and the City (HBO), and Confession in the Dark (HBO/Cinemax), and recently finished working for independent film "Consignment". She is currently working for feature film "In with the Thieves".
